In this role, you will develop innovative creative concepts for brands while scaling and accelerating production through AI-powered tools.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of agency experience

Strong portfolio in digital campaigns, social media, performance creatives, and branding

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Freepik, Gemini, Firefly, Runway, and ChatGPT

Ability to use AI for concept development, moodboards, and creative variations

Strong understanding of digital and social media trends

Leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to translate strategy-driven briefs into creative outputs
