Not all states currently offer a searchable offender registry. Some may require a user to register before using and most require the acceptance of certain terms and conditions before accessing the database.

Registered Sex Offenders - Megan's Law - California Dept. of Justice - Office of the Attorney General arms the public with certain information on the whereabouts of dangerous sex offenders so that local communities may protect themselves and their children. The law also authorizes local law enforcement to notify the public about high-risk and serious sex offenders who reside in, are employed in, or frequent the community.
The state of Colorado does not currently offer a searchable database for registered sex offenders. A list may be requested but fees will be charged by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation.
This site contains information concerning Delaware Registered Sex Offenders pursuant to Delaware Code Title 11 Section 4121. This site permits the searching of the Delaware Sex Offender database to obtain more information concerning sexual predators and other convicted sexual offenders. Copies of Delaware Legislation are also available.
