Termination by Customer: You may terminate this Agreement for any reason at any time by providing Clicksus with verbal or written notice of termination, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In the event of your termination, any applicable fees and charges will accrue through the date of termination but all prepaid monthly service fees for Service not received will be refunded.

Retention of Rights: Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit Clicksus rights and remedies available at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, Clicksus and its suppliers reserve the right to delete all your data, files, electronic messages or other Customer information that is stored on Clicksus servers or systems. In addition, you may forfeit your account and user name.

Customer Responsibility for Content: You acknowledge that there is some content and material on the Internet or otherwise available through the Service which may be offensive to some individuals, may be unsuitable for children, may violate federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations or may violate your protected rights or those of others. We assume no responsibility for this content or material.
